Auburn is centrally located in the growing and thriving Green
River Valley between Seattle and Tacoma. Auburn’s location,
abundant land and many amenities provide a unique opportunity
for business and industry.
Auburn is in a key location with respect to both Seattle and
Tacoma, the major population hubs in the Puget Sound region.
We also have access via the Valley Freeway (Highway 167) and
Interstate-405 to the e-commerce and business centers of Bellevue,
Kirkland and Redmond. Attractions in those cities are in close
proximity to our own attractions, such as the SuperMall
of the Great Northwest, Emerald
Downs, Muckleshoot
Casino, Auburn Performing Arts Center, White
River Museum, and Washington
National Golf Club, just to mention a few.
Auburn has easy access to a wide variety of outdoor activities
such as golfing, hiking, skiing, boating and water sports. Scenic
Mount Rainier National Park is a 60-minute drive from Auburn.
The Auburn area is graced with 26 parks, four golf courses,
two large swimming pools, and a system of trails for jogging,
horseback riding, bicycling and roller blading.
